Air Fryed Shishito Peppers and Bok Choy

Healthy food doesn’t need to be expensive or complicated to cook. These two recipes are extremely quick, healthy and inexpensive! You can make each recipe for under $10 and can feed 2-3 people each! 

Shishito Peppers

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bag shishito peppers
  • Cooking Oil Spray 
  • 1 tsp S&P
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1-2 tsp garlic powder (we like to add a little extra!)

Instructions: 

  1. Place all ingredients in medium mixing bowl and combine (Spray cooking oil 1-2 seconds) 
  2. Place in Kitcher Air Fryer and Cook at 375 for 5-7 minutes (You will hear a “popping” sound, this is normal! Check on your peppers after 5 minutes and add more time as needed. Peppers will turn golden in some areas, we like to cook for a minute or two longer for more golden spots which add to the great flavor.) 

Bok Choy

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of bok choy 

  • ¼ cup soy sauce 

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 

  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper 

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Wash your bok choy and dry with a paper towel
  2. Roughly chop bok choy into bite sized pieces
  3. Place bok choy in mixing bowl and season 
  4. Air Fry at 375 for 10-12 minutes 
  5. Enjoy!
