I found the pan fried version on this recipe online and it quickly became one of my favorite snacks, so I reworked it for my airfryer. It tastes just as good with much less oil!
I'm always on the lookout for quick, easy and tasty ways to eat more vegetables. I found this recipe before I had an airfryer so used to enjoy pan fried beans at least a few times a week, with a nagging thought that I was using a lot of oil the pan.
When I discovered airfrying I hoped I could make this recipe in my new cooker, and after a few tweaks it turns out I could! They still taste just as good at before, with much less hassle and much less oil. It's win win!
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do! Feel free to drop me a message with your results or tag me on social media with your pics! Happy airfrying!
