A classic homemade treat for my family made even easier by using my air fryer
At the beginning I wasn't sure how baking cakes and pastries in my air fryer would turn out. It seemed like 'frying' a muffin would not end well.
I was pleased to be proven wrong and now I do a lot of my baking in the air fryer to save time. It warms up so quickly and can reduce the actual cooking time too.
These blueberry muffins are so tasty yet easy to make, it almost feels like cheating. Please feel free to share this recipe and send me pics of the results :)
Preheat air fryer at 320 F
Whisk the egg
Mix the ingredients together in the bowl
The flour, baking powder, blueberries and egg.
Grease the non-stick muffins containers
Make sure to use oven proof containers, not paper!
Add mixture to the muffin containers
Leave a little space at the top for the mixture to expand
Air fry for 12 minutes, rearranging them half way through
Make sure they're fully cooked!
